I have always been a big believer in comfort foods. Mac and cheese, chicken noodle soup, and even ice cream are staples I would gladly eat any day of the week. But my all time favorite comfort food has to be a classic grilled cheese with a bowl of tomato soup. I am by no means a good cook, I can basically cook pasta and pour a can of sauce over it. But I have to admit that when it comes to grilled cheese, I am pretty awesome at cooking up the gooey cheesy goodness. So now that I have mastered the basic grilled cheese, I thought it was time I looked into upping my game on the griddle.
